Wrought iron railings are made from seamless steel pipes, using advanced international technologies such as hot-dip galvanizing with rich zinc phosphate, electrophoresis, DuPont electrophoresis, and continuous high-temperature coating to achieve a wood-grain texture. It showcases an Italian fully automated coating production line, achieving the desired machine hole placement within the seamless steel pipes. This new type of building material is manufactured through customized processes, electrophoresis, spraying, and high-temperature curing. Wrought iron railings utilize currently popular composite manufacturing processes, combining aluminum alloy profiles or high-strength engineering polyester components.
It features corrosion resistance, oxidation resistance, rich colors, strong aging resistance, and free welding and assembly. It also successfully achieves environmental protection, energy conservation, safe application, and environmental harmony. Wrought iron railings are suitable for: garden fences, urban railways, urban rail transit, highway guardrails, areas near schools, economic development zones, and power station barriers.
